About us

Mission, Vision, Values

Our Mission:

To Share the Love and Words of Jesus with Everyone and Move their Hearts to become Followers of Jesus Christ.

Our Vision:

We feel a God-sent desire to share love, joy, peace and prosperity with all people.  We believe by seeking God – first and foremost his love and will – we can achieve our mission.  We pray that the Holy Spirit will guide us and empower us with spiritual gifts, so the love of Christ Himself flows through us. As a member church of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, we acknowledge the daily miracles of Christ in our lives and the lives of other Christians.

Our Values:

We maintain Jesus is Lord.

Everyone is welcome.

God’s love changes people

Everyone has something to contribute.

The world needs what we have to share.

Open Communion

We celebrate Holy Communion every Sunday at Grace ELC. If you believe that Jesus Christ is truly present in the bread and wine, you are welcome to communion.  We come to have forgiveness of sins, peace with God and fellowship with one another.  It is the Lord’s invitation and we pray that all will come.If you or your children are not prepared to receive communion, you may still come forward to receive a blessing.  If you are unable to come forward, you may tell an usher this and our pastor will bring communion to where you are seated.
